Green tea contains a unique blend of polyphenols (catechins) which include catechin, epicatechin, and gallogatechin. Their antioxidant properties act as free radical scavengers and provide significant protection against UVB-radiation and a natural defender against air pollution, and sun exposure which contributes to the appearance of physical aging.
This makes it a great addition for use in both hair and skincare systems including conditioners, shampoos, creams, lotions and serums. May also support the epidermis and improve elasticity to decrease the appearance of sagging skin and fine lines.
