Peppermint: The old faithful of clearing the head, relieving stuffiness, cooling frustration and general stimulation of the whole body. That menthol always does the trick!
Cardamon: A weirdly satisfying exotic oil that relaxes the mind.
Lemongrass: Can aid in relieving headaches, and helps concentration indirectly by relaxing the mind.
Basil: Reputed to be a good tonic for the nerves especially when feeling fragile, sharpening the senses and increasing concentration. A strong nervine said to clear the mind while calming the soul.
Add a few drops to unscented soaps and shampoos.
Add to laundry soap or natural fabric softener so clothes have a fresh clean aroma
Mix with glycerine or alcohol then add to water for a refreshing spray
Add a few drops to fractionated coconut oil or lotion as a refreshing scent
