Cautions / Safety Data
Not for internal use. Do not use on the skin full strength. Always dilute in appropriate carriers before use. A very potent oil with intense aroma. Use in small amounts. If pregnant or suffering from serious medical conditions, consult a qualified health professional, experienced in the use of essential oils.
Useful Information
Part of the “culinary” family of oils with reputation of effectiveness towards digestive discomforts including gas, bloating and constipation. by quelling internal spasms and relieving congestion.
Strong antiviral and antibacterial properties have positive effect on colds and flu.
Also reputed to be a good tonic for the nerves especially when feeling fragile, sharpening the senses and increasing concentration. A strong nervine said to clear the mind while calming the soul.
Useful to soothe wasp and insect bites. Also a valuable ingredient in general insect repellents with particular effectiveness towards black flies.
